I remember being attracted by the launch of their web site a few months ago without really know what this movie might be about. Thanks to the name the thesplash screen of their web site I guessed it had to do with dragons. Now dragons have long been associated with evil, death and the Devil. It actually still is but over time there has been several movies presenting friendly dragons that we would love to have as a friend.

This movie seems to be based on a novel and there’s apparently some buzz over it. As far as medieval interest goes I don’t think I’ll enjoy this movie. I mean, I just saw the trailer and it left me cold. I have to say I like to see all those magic and fights, the dragon looks awsome and the FX are crisp realistic but is it enough? I was wrong in the past if I consider The Chronicles of Narnia; the trailer did not help me go see the movie but I was amazed by the movie itself. This movie will hit theaters December 15th 2006, tell me what you think about it!
